Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Digital Humanities, Digital Social Science, or Computer Science.
- Research experience in two or more core research areas listed above.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to public engagement and research dissemination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of post-PhD research experience.
- Experience with Omeka or similar digital heritage platforms.
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
- Knowledge of Viking Age or public history (desirable, not essential).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research under the supervision of a Principal Investigator.
- Participate in grant writing and professional development.
- Mentor postgraduate students.
- Disseminate research findings through publications and public engagement.
- Manage project-related administrative duties.
