About Position/Job
Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), a premier multidisciplinary research institute in India, invites applications for a temporary Research Associate III position in the New Chemistry Unit under the mentorship of Prof. Sarit S. Agasti. The position offers an excellent opportunity for postdoctoral-level researchers to engage in advanced research in chemistry and biology with a focus on Organic Synthesis, Fluorophore Development, and Cellular Imaging.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- At least 4 years of relevant research experience
- Maximum age: 35 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in Organic Synthesis and Fluorophore chemistry
- Hands-on experience with Cell Culture and Imaging
- Proven publication record
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research under the guidance of Prof. Sarit S. Agasti
- Design and execute experiments in organic chemistry and cell imaging
- Document findings, prepare reports and publications
- Collaborate with lab members and contribute to research outputs
