Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Research teams must include statutory researchers with proven scientific expertise
  • Joint applications with one Indian and one Tunisian PI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Involvement of industrial or socio-economic partners (preferable)
  • Demonstrated ability for interdisciplinary research and collaboration
  • Experience in international research projects

Not Eligible:

  • Indian scientists involved in more than two ongoing DST international projects not completed by March 31, 2025
  • Proposals missing a Tunisian or Indian PI or failing eligibility criteria
  • Incomplete applications
