Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD (obtained or to be defended soon) in Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- Demonstrable academic research experience and publications
- Strong academic writing and communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in Buddhist philosophy and mindfulness practices
- Ability to engage with public and political discourse
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
- Project management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an ethical framework for attention using Buddhist philosophical insights
- Contribute to the ESDiT project’s research lines on intercultural philosophy and conceptual disruption
- Actively engage in political and societal debates
- Collaborate with academic peers across Eindhoven and Delft
- Contribute to academic publications, outreach, and policy recommendations
