The Visvesvaraya Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2025 at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) offers an exciting opportunity for early-career researchers to contribute to pioneering work in Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT/IT Enabled Services (ITES). Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Indian citizenship
- PhD degree awarded within the last 5 years
- First-class academic record throughout
- Age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline
- Not holding a regular full-time employment position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary or industry-linked projects
- Ability to work both independently and in collaborative research environments
Not Eligible:
- Candidates who completed their PhD at IIT Guwahati
- Those currently holding permanent academic or research positions
