Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in administration or financial data management
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in research support or higher education
- Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and funding guidelines
- Familiarity with university finance systems
- Team-oriented with a proactive, flexible attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Assist academic staff in costing research applications
- Ensure compliance with funder and university financial policies
- Manage financial monitoring and budget reconciliation of research projects
- Use university systems for purchasing and reporting
- Liaise with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders
- Support the delivery of world-class research infrastructure
