Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Doctoral degree in historical studies or equivalent from abroad

Doctorate awarded within 3 years prior to application deadline (exceptions apply for parental leave, health, or relevant service)

Conduct independent research relevant to the Baltic and Eastern European region
Participate in CBEES advanced seminars, conferences, and workshops
