Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Indian citizenship
- Ph.D., M.D., or M.S. degree from a recognized university
- Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree are also eligible
- Upper age limit: 35 years at the time of application submission

Not Eligible:
- Candidates who have already availed NPDF once
- Candidates intending to work with their Ph.D. guide/co-guide
- Candidates applying to the same department/institution where they obtained their Ph.D./M.S./M.D. degree
Fellowship Benefits
