Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree in relevant disciplines
- Excellent academic record
- Less than 3 years post-PhD experience (Grade II)
- At least 3 years post-PhD experience (Grade I)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Evidence of high-quality research publications
- Experience in teaching/research/industry
- Alignment with departmental research goals
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses
- Conducting independent and collaborative research
- Supervising PhD and Master’s students
- Contributing to curriculum development and academic service
- Participating in outreach and institutional activities
