About the Fellowship
Connected Teams – Practising Transcultural Art Histories Under the Conditions of Ecological Crises and Digital Transformations is a prestigious international postdoctoral fellowship programme designed for early-career researchers working at the intersections of art history, heritage, ecology, and digital humanities. The programme supports transregional and transcultural research centred on South Asia and/or Latin America, with strong institutional partnerships across India, Colombia, Italy, and Germany.
Hosted by the Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta (CSSSC) and the Department of Art History at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, the fellowship runs for 24 months starting on 1 July 2026.
