About Position/Job
The University of Basel, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, is inviting applications for an open-rank Professorship in European Archaeology (Ur- und Frühgeschichte). This prestigious position will commence on 1 August 2026, or by appointment, and may be filled as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor (TTAP), Associate Professor, or Full Professor, depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
