Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E. or an equivalent degree in Engineering/Science/Technology.
- Must have a valid GATE score in any of the following paper codes:
- MT, CH, ME, AE, PI, PH, CY, XE, BT, EE, EC, TF, MN, XL, CE, MA
- OR a NET qualification is required.
- Minimum Academic Performance:
- Minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in materials research, microstructural analysis, or thin films is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and computational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct experimental research, literature reviews, data collection, and analysis.
- Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) in project planning, design, and execution.
- Analyze and interpret research data to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Prepare research reports, papers, and presentations for academic publications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other researchers and participate in seminars, conferences, and workshops.
- Ensure adherence to ethical research guidelines and compliance with research protocols.
