Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • PhD in Earth Sciences or relevant discipline
  • Experience in teaching or willingness to teach at UG/PG level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in carbonate sedimentology or stratigraphic Earth system change
  • Strong research track record in palaeontology subfields
  • Experience in fieldwork-based teaching

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach a new module on palaeobiology and stratigraphy
  • Deliver undergraduate and master’s Earth Science modules
  • Participate in field classes and supervise BSc research projects
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research
