Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA
For Engineering: B.Tech + M.Tech with GATE (or equivalent qualification)
For Sciences: Master’s with NET/GATE qualification
Direct Ph.D. admission possible for high-GPA B.Tech graduates from CFTIs under specified conditions

Prior research experience
Strong academic record
Familiarity with relevant research tools/software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, etc.)
