Research Area

RRAM device modeling and characterization
Electrical performance and reliability testing
Neuromorphic computing (synapse and neuron emulation)
Semiconductor electrical characterization tools (I-V, C-V, Pulse I-V)
Device research in cleanroom environments

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field (candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also apply)
Minimum 60% or equivalent from Graduation onwards; 55% or equivalent in 10th and 12th
Hands-on experience with electrical characterization tools (B1500, 4200A)
Knowledge of I-V, C-V, and/or Pulse I-V techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in cleanroom environments
Strong publication record in reputed journals/conferences
Mentoring experience of graduate or post-graduate students

Key Responsibilities

Perform exhaustive electrical characterization of RRAM devices
Conduct synapse and neuron emulation experiments for neuromorphic applications
Mentor M.Tech and Ph.D. students
Contribute to high-impact publications and conferences
