Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

PhD (current or forthcoming) in a relevant subject area

Proven record of publishing in high-profile journals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience developing research proposals
Capacity for independent and collaborative research
Strong interest in transdisciplinary approaches

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and lead research to advance understanding of biodiversity change in the Anthropocene
Analyse existing biodiversity data to assess methodological discrepancies and trends
Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at conferences
Collaborate with colleagues within LCAB and external partners to support interdisciplinary work
Contribute to research proposals and mentor students or junior researchers
