The University of Oxford’s Faculty of English is offering a prestigious one-year Postdoctoral Research Associate position supporting the groundbreaking collaborative project “Knotted Histories: Early Modern Global Carpets, Global Exchange and the Public Country House.” This project investigates the global histories embedded in early modern carpets through the lenses of material culture, heritage, and global exchange, reshaping academic narratives and public heritage practices.
