Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. in Operations Research, Optimisation, Applied Mathematics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NLP, MILP, and MINLP
Background in deep learning and AI
Familiarity with GAMS/CPLEX and MATLAB
Experience with large-scale and water network optimization
Knowledge of sustainable water practices in petroleum refineries

Key Responsibilities

Conduct computational modelling of integrated water networks
Apply deep learning techniques for robust and sustainable design
Collaborate on project deliverables under the supervision of PI and Co-PI
Prepare high-impact publications and reports
Participate in team meetings and outreach activities
