About the Position
CNRS invites applications for a funded Postdoctoral Researcher position in Paleoanthropology at the Laboratoire Paléontologie Evolution Paléoécosystèmes Paléoprimatologie (UMR 7262), located in Poitiers, France. This exciting academic opportunity focuses on virtual reconstruction and morpho-functional analysis of fossil hominins from Southern Africa. It contributes to international research initiatives in human evolutionary biology and palaeoecology.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the PALEVOPRIM research group, undertaking independent research using 3D imaging techniques, landmark-based and landmark-free morphometric analyses, and comparative datasets of fossil and extant specimens.
