About the Position

The University of Edinburgh invites applications for a fully funded Postdoctoral Research Associate position in Philosophy and Digital Archaeology at the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences, located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. This exciting academic opportunity focuses on the philosophical study of digital archaeology, the dematerialisation of science, and the role of digital methods in generating and communicating archaeological knowledge.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Dr Jo Wolff as part of the ERC Consolidator project “The Dematerialisation of Science”, undertaking original research using philosophical analysis and historical-scientific frameworks.
