Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed a PhD in Ecology or a related field
- Research competence proven by international publications
- Advanced statistical skills and experience with R
- GIS and geographical data analysis expertise
- Excellent knowledge of Central European flora, including mountain plants
- Proficient English (C1)
- Teamwork and high communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fieldwork experience in plant ecology
- Experience in interdisciplinary ecological research
- Teaching experience in botanical courses
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and contribute to ongoing research projects
- Apply for new projects and raise third-party funding
- Publish research internationally and give lectures
- Independently hold courses and supervise students
