Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

PhD in Biology or related discipline
Strong interest in working with non-model aquatic invertebrates
Experience in designing research projects and scientific writing

Postdoctoral research experience
Skills in molecular, morphological, or computational evolutionary biology techniques
Interest in independent research and teaching

Key Responsibilities

Develop and conduct independent research in collaboration with the PI and lab members
Draft, write, and publish scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals
Present research at international conferences and workshops
Supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s students
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental teaching
Participate in evaluation measures and quality assurance activities
