Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in fabricating TMD-based devices using EBL.
- Strong publication record in 2D materials research.
- Flexibility with equipment schedules and excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork skills and experience in independent research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of carrier transport physics in TMDs.
- Experience with technology transfer and innovation.
- Evidence of entrepreneurial creativity.
- Time management and resource planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate test structures using advanced lithography.
- Perform structural and electrical characterisation of devices.
- Collaborate closely with Intel and other partners.
- Publish high-impact research articles and present at conferences.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and graduate students.
- Proactively apply for research funding and explore commercialization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
