Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Completed PhD in Psychology, Education Sciences, Cognitive Science, Data Science, or a related field
Proven research experience with relevant publications
Proficiency in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

International research exposure
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Strong publication record in high-impact journals
Potential to lead future research groups
Teaching experience (one course per semester expected)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct independent and collaborative research aligned with the Institute’s thematic priorities
Actively contribute to the Institute’s Research Hubs
Teach one course per semester
Participate in academic exchanges through the LEAD Graduate School & PACE
Support and engage with interdisciplinary research initiatives
