Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline (awarded within the past five years)
- Proven record of peer-reviewed publications
- Evidence of active research agenda
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in interdisciplinary research
- Early evidence of international quality outputs
- Teaching experience in undergraduate and taught master’s programmes
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent, high-quality research
- Publish in respected international journals
- Apply for external competitive grants (e.g. Hong Kong Research Grants Council)
- Teach and design courses in cultural theory, globalisation, digital culture, gender studies, and more
