About the Position

This Research Associate in Criminology role at Flinders University offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an impactful research programme focused on transforming offender rehabilitation across NSW public prisons. This three-year, full-time post supports the Industry Laureate research programme, emphasising a strengths-based desistance approach. Working within the College of Business, Government and Law, you will collaborate closely with academic colleagues, postgraduate researchers, and justice-sector partners. Guided by senior leadership within the criminology team, this position aligns with the University’s commitment to innovative, applied research that generates real-world change in crime and justice policy.
