Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
OR - M.Tech in related disciplines with minimum 3 years of research experience and proven academic output
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in thermal and mechanical simulations
- Experience with journal publications, technology development, or patents
- Proficiency in simulation tools like ANSYS, COMSOL
- Demonstrated ability in computational modeling and research
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate high-fidelity models for electromechanical and thermal performance
- Conduct simulation-based analysis and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with project PIs and contribute to high-quality publications and reports
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in project review meetings
- Support the integration of simulation tools with real-world engineering problems
