Postdoc Researcher Position in Bioarchaeology | CNRS, France

About Position/Job

The CNRS invites applications for a 24-month full-time Researcher position in Bioarchaeology, based in the heart of Paris. This role contributes to a groundbreaking project examining the role of horses in human mobility and exchange networks in ancient Mongolia. By applying cutting-edge geochemical and spatial modelling techniques, the selected researcher will help reconstruct movement patterns over a 2000-year historical period. This position aligns with CNRS’s mission to explore human-environment interactions through an interdisciplinary lens. It is ideal for scholars eager to merge bioarchaeology with advanced isotope analysis and GIS in a collaborative, international research environment.
