About the Position
Institute of Archaeology invites applications for a Not funded by a EU programme Senior Assistant position in Archaeology at its Scientific Department in Zagreb, Croatia. This academic opportunity focuses on Roman infrastructure systems, territorial remains, and archaeological mapping in the Pannonia region, while contributing to international research in archaeological science, cultural heritage, and landscape archaeology.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will work within the project “Mapping of Roman infrastructure – ROME”, conducting independent and collaborative research using archaeological fieldwork, GIS-based spatial analysis, statistical data processing, and database management.
