The School of Global Development at the University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking a Senior Research Associate to support social science research within the MARBEFES project, focusing on the social and cultural dimensions of European seas and coastal ecosystems. Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Evidence of inclusive engagement with diverse communities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement in European-funded projects
  • Experience in interdisciplinary marine or environmental studies
  • Proven record of academic publications

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse social science datasets related to European marine ecosystems
  • Collaborate with the MARBEFES project team and UEA lead
  • Develop research outputs for academic and public dissemination
