Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Art History
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency
- Solid command of English
- Insight into contemporary higher education, including GenAI and Universal Design for Learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with educational innovation strategies
- Experience in supporting diverse student learning styles
- Team-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support course development, assessment, and instruction in BA and MA programmes
- Assist in organizing excursions, colloquia, and student presentations
- Contribute to recruitment and promotional activities (fairs, brochures, social media)
- Coordinate with the Education Committee and faculty’s Education Lab
- Facilitate the master’s internship and Sandbox courses
- Support student internationalization initiatives
- Engage in inclusive and digital learning projects
