Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Completed MA or Magister degree in Communication Science or related discipline
In-depth knowledge of empirical social research methods, especially quantitative methods and statistical data analysis
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Didactic competence
Strong computer literacy and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with research-oriented university teaching
Interest in international research collaborations
Organizational skills and ability to contribute to academic administration

Key Responsibilities

Conduct empirical research in gender, political communication, or youth media
Publish research in high-impact international journals
Present findings at national and international conferences
Participate in applications for third-party funded research projects
Teach courses independently according to collective bargaining provisions
Engage in quality assurance and departmental administrative duties
Sign doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months of employment
