Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed MA or Magister degree in Communication Science or related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of empirical social research methods, especially quantitative methods and statistical data analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Didactic competence
- Strong computer literacy and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with research-oriented university teaching
- Interest in international research collaborations
- Organizational skills and ability to contribute to academic administration
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct empirical research in gender, political communication, or youth media
- Publish research in high-impact international journals
- Present findings at national and international conferences
- Participate in applications for third-party funded research projects
- Teach courses independently according to collective bargaining provisions
- Engage in quality assurance and departmental administrative duties
- Sign doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months of employment
