Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in visitor-facing or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of museum operations or public engagement
  • Retail experience or willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
  • Develop knowledge of museum collections and share stories with the public
  • Support daily museum operations and visitor flow
  • Promote museum trails, activities, and events
  • Encourage donations and assist in the museum shop
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver engaging visitor experiences
