Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

- Citizens of Small Island Developing States (SIDS), or EU/Irish citizens residing in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Not Eligible:
- Applicants holding another fee scholarship simultaneously.
- Applicants unable to commence study in the academic year awarded.
