Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- As per UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges) Regulations, 2018, or any amendments.
- 55% marks or equivalent grade in Master’s level (with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Candidates must have passed the UGC NET or CSIR NET or have a Ph.D. degree.
- For foreign Ph.D. degree holders, an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Research and publications in specialized areas as outlined by the specific department.
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Child Psychology for candidates applying to the Early Childhood Care Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and guiding students.
- Conducting research and contributing to the academic development of the department.
- Participating in departmental and university activities.
