Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. in Environmental/Energy Economics, Climate Studies, Geography, Water Resource Engineering/Economics, Energy Policy, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
Minimum two Scopus-indexed publications.
5+ years of research experience (including Ph.D. period).

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong expertise in primary and secondary data collection.
Academic and grant proposal writing skills.
Proficiency in research tools such as SPSS, R, STRATA, ATLAS.ti, NVivo, ArcGIS/QGIS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
