Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Agriculture, Rural Development, or Economics
- Two Scopus-indexed publications
- Minimum H-index of 5
- At least 7 years of post-PhD research and project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in climate change policy research
- Proven record of leading international projects
- Success in mobilizing large-scale funding (preferably international)
Key Responsibilities
- Writing project proposals and securing grants
- Planning and execution of research projects and fieldwork
- Supervising and mentoring researchers
- Producing high-quality project reports and academic publications
- Organizing workshops with national and international stakeholders
- Handling both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
