Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in literary studies, digital humanities, computational linguistics, computer science, or a related field
- Experience with programming
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with literary theory and computational literary analysis
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and using large language models
- Skills in digital data analysis and visualization
- Demonstrated interest in interdisciplinary research
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct experiments with generative AI models
- Use both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze AI-generated narratives
- Collaborate with PhD students and researchers within the AI STORIES project
- Co-author academic papers and present findings at international conferences
- Organize and participate in academic workshops and outreach events
- Follow open science principles by publishing datasets, code, and research results
- Contribute to teaching and dissemination activities (25% of the position)
