Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in visitor-facing or customer service roles
- Knowledge of museum operations or public engagement

- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
- Develop knowledge of museum collections and share stories with the public
- Support daily museum operations and visitor flow
- Promote museum trails, activities, and events
- Encourage donations and assist in the museum shop
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver engaging visitor experiences
