Research Area

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- ABD in Anthropology from an accredited institution
- Experience teaching biological anthropology to undergraduates
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse student populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Anthropology completed by the start of Winter 2026 semester
- Experience developing undergraduate curriculum in biological anthropology
Key Responsibilities
- Teach four courses per semester in Winter 2026, Fall 2026, and Winter 2027
- Possible courses: Human Origins, Methods in Biological Anthropology, and other introductory or thematic courses
- Mentor undergraduate students and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participate in department and college activities as appropriate for visiting faculty
Salary & Benefits
