About the Position

CNRS invites applications for a funded Postdoctoral (Postdoc) Researcher position in Evolutionary Ecology and Genomics at the Centre for Functional and Evolutionary Ecology, located in Montpellier, France. This exciting academic opportunity focuses on analysing Illumina sequencing data from experimental populations of Arabidopsis thaliana. Moreover, it contributes to international research initiatives in evolutionary genomics, plant adaptation, and biodiversity science.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a leading evolutionary ecology research centre. They will conduct independent research using genome assembly, pool-seq analysis, GWAS, and allele frequency variation techniques.
