The University of Münster in Germany is recruiting three Postdoctoral Research Associates under the MSCA COFUND Migration, Diaspora, Citizenship (MDC) fellowship programme. The 24-month funded positions offer early-career researchers in the humanities and social sciences an opportunity to develop an independent research project focused on migration, diaspora, and citizenship.
Selected fellows will design and carry out an independent research project while joining an international and interdisciplinary academic environment. The programme encourages collaboration with specialists across sectors and offers opportunities to contribute to scholarly exchanges, networking activities, and academic event organisation.
Alongside project work, fellows will participate in structured training, including colloquia, workshops, lecture series, and professional skills courses. The fellowship also provides access to secondments through a global partnership network involving academic and non-academic organisations.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- A completed PhD in one of the COFUND research areas within the social sciences or humanities
- Compliance with the MSCA Mobility Rule, requiring applicants not to have lived or worked in Germany for more than 12 months within the previous 36 months before the deadline
- Less than six years of research experience following completion of a PhD
- Publication of one monograph or three major academic articles before application
- Experience in research projects
- Membership in national and international academic networks
- Good written and spoken English proficiency
