Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Physics with a specialisation in spintronics (or thesis submitted)
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Graduation and Post-graduation
- Minimum 55% marks or equivalent in 10th and 12th
- Consistently good academic record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in numerical simulations of spintronic systems
- Experience in electrical characterization of magnetic devices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research on spintronic systems
- Simulate and analyse device-level properties
- Develop spintronics-based architectures for AI applications
- Collaborate with internal and external researchers
- Prepare reports, publications, and research presentations
