Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Research experience related to Late Pleistocene in Western Europe
  • Willingness to work within a geoscience and natural history institution
  • German language skills (a plus)
  • Experience in public science communication and exhibition curation

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internationally recognized research rooted in regional archaeological heritage
  • Develop and secure third-party research funding
  • Teach and supervise Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students
  • Develop and participate in academic courses with a practical component
  • Contribute to public engagement, exhibitions, and cultural mediation at JURASSICA
