Postdoctoral Fellowship in Galaxy Cluster Magnetisation at NCRA-TIFR, Pune, India
About Position/Job
The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (NCRA-TIFR), Pune, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the field of galaxy cluster magnetisation. The selected fellow will work with Prof. Ruta Kale on exploring the origin and evolution of cosmic rays and magnetic fields in galaxy groups, clusters, and superclusters using multi-frequency radio data. This position aligns with NCRA-TIFR’s pioneering efforts in low-frequency radio astronomy and contributes to the global understanding of non-thermal processes in the large-scale structure of the universe.
