About the Position
The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in the Department of Physics. Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Physics with a strong academic background
- Valid GATE or CSIR-UGC NET/UGC NET qualification at the time of interview
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in synthesis of 2D materials or quantum dots
- Familiarity with ultrafast laser systems and nonlinear optics experiments
- Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of programming for simulations or interfacing signals
