Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Basic Science or Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a Professional Course
  • Qualified in one of the following: CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship), GATE, or any equivalent national-level examination by Central Government bodies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of hands-on research experience
  • Training in cell culture techniques, bacterial pathogen handling, infection studies
  • Familiarity with BSL2/BSL3 lab practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research under the project “Defining fundamental principles of vesicle fusion using infectious and genetic disease models”
  • Perform experimental work in microbiology, molecular biology, and microscopy
  • Maintain and manage lab documentation and reporting
  • Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions
