About the Fellowship

The Love Ethic Postdoctoral Fellowships at the University of Notre Dame’s Institute for Ethics and the Common Good (ECG) offer a rare opportunity for scholars to pursue innovative research in love-based ethics. Sponsored by a transformative grant from the John Templeton Foundation, this programme supports three talented postdoctoral fellows from July 2026 to June 2028. Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Not Eligible:

  • Scholars focused on faith-based approaches to artificial intelligence (a separate fellowship is available).

Fellowship/Job Benefits

  • Monthly stipend or salary: $80,000 per year.
