Working Hours: As per institutional norms
Funding/Compensation: ₹42,000 – ₹67,000 per month + HRA (depending on qualification and experience)
Required Degree/Diploma –
- PhD in relevant discipline with a strong academic record
- Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of PhD are also eligible (considered as RA)

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

PhD in a relevant discipline, or thesis submitted with viva pending
Strong academic record throughout
Age preferably less than 35 years at the time of application
Open to Indian nationals, foreign nationals, and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI)

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant research publications in reputed journals
Experience in interdisciplinary or collaborative projects
Teaching or mentoring experience desirable

Not Eligible:

Candidates with more than 5 years of post-PhD experience

Fellowship / Job Benefits

Monthly Stipend/Salary:
- RA (awaiting PhD award): ₹42,000 + HRA
- PDRF up to 1 year post-PhD: ₹58,000 + HRA
- PDRF 1–2 years post-PhD: ₹61,000 + HRA
- PDRF 2+ years post-PhD: ₹67,000 + HRA
Residential accommodation on campus (subject to availability) or HRA
30 days annual leave + 15 days medical leave per year
On-duty leave for academic events (conferences, workshops, seminars, visits)
Medical facilities (OPD consultation at institute; candidates must have health insurance of at least ₹1 lakh)
Campus facilities similar to UG/PG students
Possibility of applying for DST-SERB National Post-Doctoral Fellowship (N-PDF) through the institute
