Eligibility / Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
- PhD or postdoctoral (habilitation) degree in archaeology, with demonstrated research achievements following completion of the doctoral degree.
- An established research profile supported by a scientific monograph, publications in recognised peer-reviewed journals, reviewed conference proceedings, and active participation in international scientific activities.
- Experience in higher education teaching, academic organisation, and the management and implementation of interdisciplinary archaeological research projects.
- Fluency in at least one Western European language and compliance with the requirements of the Polish Law on Higher Education and Science and the UMCS Statutes.
